International Day of Yoga-2025: School Yoga session held at GHSS Keegam

SHOPIAN, APRIL 15: As part of the ongoing countdown to the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, a yoga session was successfully organized today at the Government Higher Secondary School Keegam, Shopian.

The event was held on the directions of Director, Ayush J&K, Dr. Nuzhat Bashir and with the guidance of the District Nodal Officer, Ayush Shopian.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from 90 students, who actively engaged in various yoga asanas and breathing exercises.

The primary aim of the session was to raise awareness about the importance of yoga in daily life and to promote a healthier lifestyle among the youth in the run-up to IDY 2025.
